Hello
First of all I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Alex and im from PoznaƄ, Poland. Im painting for about 4 years with some brakes. Several months ago I've started a wh40k project which is about heresy-era Blood Angel army. I wanted to give them ancient, roman look, so I gave almost everyone studded leather straps hanging from belt, everyone has old armour patterns(mostly it's MK IV and MK III, but for example I made MK VI veteran squad) All my rhino chasis vehicles are made of rogue trader rhinos. I ordered many maxmini jump packs to fit the heresy era theme, they look exacly like JPs from Collected Visions. Forgive me the blurryness of some pictures, my camera is not so decent. The whole army consists of:

-WIP Chapter Master Raldoron(who will work as librarian), made out of ultramarines chaplain, I need to sculpt some hair for him(he has magnetised JP)

-Sanguinary Priest - Amaro(painting in progress)

-Terminator Squad(this is an example of whole squad, I made additional studs on straps with PVA glue, same with other strapped people)

-Land Raider Pride of Baal

and things that are not pictured and/or made yet:
-another 10 assault marines
-5 scout snipers
-2 attack jetbikes
-3 drop pods
-2 whirlwinds
-Librarian Dreadnought
-Furioso Deadnought
-2 typhoon speeders

Cheers!

Great work! Always a pleasure to see a customised PH army, though we may see the end of that with the latest FW releases!

Look forward to seeing some paint on them.

Very nice model and posed in a good way so that it doesn't look boring. Can't wait to see this painted, are librarian dreadnoughts the chapter colours or blue according to the fluff?

It's a hotly debated topic, but since this force is clearly aimed to be pre-Codex, there's no need for Librarians to be painted blue. Unless you're Ultramarines
