I totally understand what you mean. I can predict that china cannot make into World Cup 2010, but... I hope they can make it for sure, kind of "support my country" that kind of thing?

And I think you are the same, don't you hope the Poland team improve?

I remember a quote from Rocky V, yes, the latest one. It is like this if not exactly, when Rocky was talking to his son out of the Rocky's restaurant.

I hope that Russia or Spain will kick german ass, 'cause it's pathetic that so poor playing team is in final. Yesterday Turkey played much better then germany, they had higher ball possession and they played nice football.
No offence to Germany, they are very good team, but they don't deserve the final at this Euro.

I hope that in final Germany will play with Russia. Russia won in WW2 and I think Germany will win in E'08

And i hope also that in 2012 Poland'll win

Sorry, but looking at football from historical point of view is rather silly.
Poles always remember and are proud of victory against German in 1410, but don't want to remember that they have almost never won anything since then

but I'm looking on football from historical piont only as joke. I don't think, we <poles> should be angry for Germany. It was long time ago, and now Germans are ok.
