Actually they are doing very good! Even with such nob player like me they won 4 battles (2x with orcs, Reikland and Blood dragons) and lost 3:
- high elves shadow warriors - I was shoot out, there wasn`t a single combat round - skeletons and mummies don`t march
- gunnery school of Nuln - same here
- beastmen - this was a pretty close one, but beastmen are tougher then skeletons.
Generally the mummy is super, über, fantastic ... WS5, T5, A3 makes it hard to kill and it was victorious in close combats with a vampire, beastman lord, beastmen shaman, orc shaman, orc heroes and many, many more henchmen

It is just great to take part in a campaign together with 19 other people!
Skirmish games are really great. It`s much easier to find 1-3 hours (maximum) a week to play then, to find a whole day playing 2500pts battle

It is obvious, but now I have found something that is really for me.

It's because he is in colour

That's a good start, nice deep colour with bright highlights, some areas are a bit rough like his chest and bicep muscles but i think a few thin glazes could help smooth them out. What colours will you use with the clothing?

Yeah, you`re right. I thought that after making the photos I`ll go to sleep, but few things that came up on the photo have motivated me to work a bit longer

It`s quite funny when you think that holding a mini close to your eyes makes some things less visible:-D

So far so good! Try to vary the colors a little bit. Thin glazes of purple, shadow grey or similar in the shadows will make it more attractive.

Should I add those glazes before or after putting final shades/highlights?

I always find the addition of glazes varies dependant on personal preference. I prefer using glazes before the final highlights to bring the colours together to smooth them out, but i do at times, if i don't think it's dark enough use them as final shading in specific areas. Like my orks at the moment, in many cases the last touch was to add some extra dark glazes in areas to give them much more contrast.
