Confrontation????

Do you still remember that some people use miniatures for gaming?

Confrontation????

Post by Darkson »

So does anyone play Confrontation? Version 3 is about to be released. I love the figs and the game runs smooth so far. I think Im more into the figs than the game though. The background is another high point, the history is a good read.

I love the figures, although haven't play Confrontation yet.
I have to mention the quality of Cry Havoc... I have never seen so beautiful pictures, tutorials, setups, etc, as in Cry Havoc.

I used to play, it's a great game with lots of possibilities and a very good atmosphere.

I have some models but I've never played the game, probably never will as well 'cause I rather use my time for other games.

That's the reason why I will probably never get into Confrontation or warmachine

I stopped playing alot of other game just because the figures were so well done in Confrontation that I had to play it. You only need a hand full of figs. We play between 200-350 point games and have a blast.( That is about 8-15 figs per side) :D

yeah I also preferred to play games with small warbands (150-300 points usually)
i like this more than those massive 4-hour long battles

I have played a couple of games and it is fun to play, the background material is fantastic and the models outstanding.
I am always scared of damaging my models when I play though so tend to chicken out a bit.
