The pics are quite grainy and small but as far as I can see the paintjob and conversion looks very nice.

This "daszek"
is from khorne berserker helmet which had his ears cutted I guess.
Mini looks preety nice, over lining stands out enough to peresent good on table. Black areas could be highlited a bit more, and maybe some wash on backpack would fit?

Slawek, the pics are terribly small and somebody compressed them too much to allow us to see anything except its red color...
It seems your outlining is a bit too harsh. Try thinner lines or not this bright color - mix it with the base color to avoid this effect.

I will try my best to tone a liitle those over lines
Maybe a yellow ink will help?
