Dragyn's WIPS

Okay, since I dug out some models to work on here are the two =][= models as they stand; these are links because pics are rather large

Chaos Sorcerer;

The arm consists of the Artemis left arm, Tyrus' hand and gun with skellie cow head and horns. Sorry for the blurry pic. Was taking them on my housemate's pool table in the basement. No extra lights.

Back pack is regular back pack plus top half of another pack the top of Ahrimin's(sp?) staff and the head of a beastor the vent arms are scraps with old school OOP tyranid claws holding the vents

https://dragyn.fnet.nu/piccies/new=%5d%5 ... ckback.JPG

The front shows a plastic belt shield with a skull from chaos spruce, the face mask from the defiler kit, is grafted onto an =][= scale SM helmet. There will be a spell book and chains attached to the belt hanging down in front, the chest piece is the shoulder pad icon from 40K Abbadon with guitar strings for pipes;

The right shoulder pad is difficult to see, but it has the OOP blood thirster's head fitted to it with the horns turned back against the pad;

https://dragyn.fnet.nu/piccies/new=%5d%5 ... %20pad.JPG

And finally the staff contains a Tzneech (SP?) head piece with the top half of Norgash's staff, a brass tube for the bottom with assorted spikey bits attached below with the skull from Tezla.

C & C welcome.

The Eldar ranger is purely base coated with some of the highlighting started. Since it was put away and the retrieved I put a chip in the back where the sword scabbard tip pushed out the cloak.

But here are the links;

THe front;

Another of the front;

Ranger's side

https://dragyn.fnet.nu/piccies/new=%5d%5 ... 20side.JPG

And the back;

As you can see in the back I was going for a camo look and thought I did pretty well, now I just have to highlight it and shade. And of course fix the chip :oops:

great smoothness of paint, well applied!
the only problem I see is about the skull - I believe it's still an early WIP :)
