so it's oficial all the rackham foundry machines will be sold in auction in january 2008.

I've got no connection to those, so I won't threat it like an AD. Cytadela.pl is ordering what's left of stock in Rackham. They give very nice pricing for them by the way. You can find info at the bottom of this page:

I ordered some missing doggies for my collection... And I really regret their decision, but it's just business...

Link? As of 2 months ago, Kurt, the US Rackham guy, had said Rackham would continue producing metal miniatures, just not new ones...?

Yes, I'd like to see that too, given that it's exactly the opposite of what I've been told. FFG has spent a fair amount (actually, quite a lot) of money in preparation for marketing the metal figures along with the new prepaints.

the new had been written in a special magazine
jean bey he boss of rackham built 3 companies
1 o control the racham building
1 to control the edition business "rackham edition"
1 to produce metal casting "beaumat"
it's beaumat who had been declared in bankrupcy, all the beaumat press, melting, and casting machine will be sold by justice the 17th of january
i could do a scan of the magazine, but is it worth, it won't change anything...beaumat is over, so metal casting is over

it's really strange that such a great company is simply annihilated

I keep hearing rumours, and not only rumours, that metal models will still ba available.
Perhaps they will have limited amounts cast by other company?
