i decided to make a late entry, ill be painting a Imperial Fist army from the box of assault on black reach

What army size are you planning to paint?

For now its just the Assault on black reach box
5 termies
10 SM
1 Dread
1 Captain
Later ill do a landraider and more

Looks like a good start will be a good one i think. Nice yellow undercoat, what brand did you use?

are those parts pink on purpose or will they be painted red later?

Those are red but its just first layer of mechrite red ill add the reds highlights later

The primer was Army painter demonic yellow then i did several layers of VGC golden yellow

I wont just going to add some highlights using a light yellow from Vallejo and some shadows, but i wont touch the yellow, it took quite some time to make it even with the yellow primer that was a huge help, but its too much of a lemon yellow

Im working on the sargent now, the face is almost painted, i used the Andrea miniatures Flesh Paint Set and i must say its of a very good quality the paint flows wonderfull and the explanation result in a great look, but for me it needs always some blacks and blues. But i was very pleased with the result, it really makes painting skin easy and with good result.

Let me smooth the face and ill post new pictures, as always the eyes gave some fight.
