I painted this one some times ago, but since i'm new to this forum i'll post it the same

I saw this miniature on cmon today - I checked your gallery just after I saw new user here

and to he honest I have only one question:
why You can paint sooo nice and I can't?

Really nice mini. The highlight are very well done. I can't think of any thing that I don't like about it.

lovely choice and application of colour! I esp like the highlighted white/blue cloth, its very nice!

hey Luca good to see you on these boards ! another one from the headblast forums who has found his way here
I like the miniature, your technique is spot on as usual, but to be honest I think the reds are a wrong colour choice. A darker purple mixed with red would have suited the colour scheme better imho.
btw : a little info on building a cool base like that would be welcome

it's really easy to realize a base like that!
1. Take a big cork topper and shape it with a modelling knife
2. Use the pieces you cut to make the merlons and glue them
3. spray the whole base with black
4. drybrush with grey
5. some PVA glue, a dip in baking soda
... and your base's completed!
