It was an amazing day with a great field of figures - A group of french painters including Jeremie (SP?) came and kicked a lot of @$$ but even so the Canadian entries were excellent and the categories were chocked full of greatness. Im sure pictures are/will be going up all over the place this week so keep an eye out.
I also managed to take a silver for my Mordheim Beastman Warband.

Yeah I heard Jérémie Bonamant, and the rest of the French crew, together with Belgian Cédric Lurkin were coming over. Looks like those competition are getting harder every time

I thought the tally was 9 plus those by the sponsoring team Montreal though I could be mistaken.
They were sponsered by the guys in montreal to come and teach painting lessons for a couple of days and then to travel to the demons - really a cool set up. I had been invited to be a part of that but could not get the time from work.
I will put up pics of my winning entry here and on my site by the weeks end. I actually cut in 3 categories - WFB unit, Open and WFB large - I have been told I was 4th/last cut in large - which is where the slayer came from and one of the other europeans narrowly took 3rd - as such I was very proud to have been so considered!!!
