actually, without those parts the concept looses a lot, and sculpt becomes just a ... oddly-shaped head with big teeth. For me scissors and cage (lamp?) tell the whole story.

Good stuff. And busts are extremely popular lately. And in this case it's like trov said. The best part is the face and you can leave the difficult parts out that way :)
