I knew you'd not like it Trov but my boss is being the pecker and seeing as I just started there I'm hardly in any position to make demands....

ok, so news - paradox propably won`t be availible. gd date was set on 2 september, the last day of polcon and the place is already booked for polcon folks (for all 3 days). i`ll see what i can do and i look for alternative place.

a little update - as mentioned paradox is not an option this time. i`d like to have meeting close to GD if possible. spoke with one of polcon organizers. it might be possible to run the meeting in one of polcon caffes or in one of bussiness rooms (but no food and drinks in this 2nd option). i`ll wait for detailed info about conditions.
also if we`d like to run some kind of organized event it would be possible too. in this case we might get some funds for it. not much though - around 50 EUR. but hey, it`s better than nothing

As far as I am concerned, every place is good if we only can meet. And any preparations on your end will be greatly appreciated.

As for the ad - I've seen it before and think it's really nice!

i checked my train connections the other day. it's 7 1/2 hours without having to switch trains (3 hours less than to germany O_o) . you guys can count me in =) a hint for a ho(s)tel would be awesome though ^^
