...and then it dries and shrinks, you pour another layer, it dries and shrinks .... I hate that V. stuff.

yep, always the same, but some kinds of resin suffer from similar problems.

Oh yeah, it shrinks, that's true. Didn't concider it a problem till now. Probably because I havent tried to use a biger amount of it in a pre-defined shape.

I made it of cygnar gun mage champion; I am more-less satisfied of the pic quality but I should get close up of the model definitely :(

I dunno about pic quality as for me it's hard to focus on the model. I would like some clearer, sharper pics! ;)

Overall the dioramic feel is good and everything fits well together. :)

Wow, the miniature is amazingly clean in comparison with your usual paintjobs! Love the diorama and the reds.
Unfortunately we cannot see the miniature well... :(

WoW this is cool stuff!
I really like the poster, the wall, the mood... face of the mini is full of character :)

I would like to see a bigger photo too.

I think that the barrel looks blurred - the details on it are omitted.
lower part of the mantle looks like the mantle was borrowed from Santa Claus

Next of the barrel and under the flor would be math a little cobwebs - what do you think?

thanks guys!
I'll try to take new set of pics - the problem is my camera gets focu on whole diorama than on the pirate
let's see if switching some levers and pushing some buttons can help...

EDIT:
@Ana: not from Santa - just wanted to keep limited color palette
