Scale is not compatible with GW armies... and since mantic are developing things for their own game only, I think a balance between mainstream common races and some not so common races would be on their best interest... apart from that I have no clue if the elfs or the insect people will do well... I think they will lose a lot from the diference of scales but thats just me.

i think that trying to match one of popular scales would be a better choice (sales-wise)

What I was surprised about is that this company is set up by some old GW big guns. You'd think they could do a whole lot better in that case right?! :?
