It might be, but I don't think that they have such a busy releaseschedule that they have to drop sculpting and painting quality...

but maybe they're running out of ideas/inspiration/time/determination/dedication/heart/whatever?

maybe trying something 'fresh' and 'new' would improve things?
but remember it's not the first time Wyrd's quality dropped. it used to return with some new interesting miniatures though (I remember the morgue/cemetery staff as a good example!)
