I read a web site, a link from here? sth like using the artifical snow powder , mix with the baking soda......

maybe you find something what can help you in this problem here.
I did my water thanx to this tutorial too.

honestly, I am not sure how I did it the last time :? Now I do new water for a Bretonian sorceress, and I am sure that I do it completely different :lol:

Water is simple. I thing that I did it in this way:
I prepare GS and put long pieces with not straight edges. where there is a little wave or foam I get a roll of GS and grind with a burnisher or pin. But I heard that a wave could be of sand and PVA glue. Or soda like you wish :D
