Strange thing is that no news about it can be found on the Ilyad site itself, nor on Creafigs!?

We'll see what's gonna happen to Ilyad stuff. I think, that minis are too good to disappear from the market and someone will buy the rights to produce it.
As for now, thanks to Stefan we have quite good stock of Illyad - if anyone is interested

I fear it's the truth, afaik they "forgot" to pay an employee in the creative department and he sued the crap out of them...
and if I am not misstaken they didnt pay some sculptors either...

On the other hand they keep releasing new minis on their website, so I think that this all was either a bad gossip, or their marketing tactics to boost sales
