The Paint Garrity Competition Entries

The Paint Garrity competition is the final one of the four figure painting competitions which formed an integral part of the 2007 Newbold Challenge. It closed on Sunday 9 December and although there are only two entries they are both exceedingly good and I hope that you will enjoy looking at them as much as I have. We should have the results in time for Xmas but in the meantime you can admire both the entries at :-

Well we have a very worthy winner! I'm certain that most of you will have guessed that Ana painted "By Lamplight." And the judges voted her entry into first place. Many congratulations to Ana!
