Terms and Conditions:
1. Entrants must be 12 years of age or over. The Promoter's staff cannot enter the Competition.
2. Entries must be made to: whatsnewtoday@games-workshop.co.uk by midnight (GMT) on Saturday 31st December 2011. Each email attaching an entry must include the name, contact email and contact telephone number of the entrant. Late entries or entries not made by email to the email address specified will not be accepted.
3. Entrants may submit any number of entries, though only Dreadfleet warships may be entered.
4. Entries must be original and the sole work of the entrant. Entries submitted by or on behalf of third parties will not be considered.
5. Entries may only contain components manufactured or sold by Games Workshop. Entries incorporating third party products or artefacts will not be considered.
6. The winner will be selected by the Promoter's staff and notified by email by Monday 9th January. Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
7. The winner of each category will receive a signed piece of Dreadfleet artwork, as seen in the pictures above. The overall competition winner will also receive a framed and signed piece of artwork from the Dreadfleet rulebook (to be specified by the Promoter at the time of awarding the prize). No other prizes will be awarded.
8. All decisions will be final and no conversation or correspondence will be entered into.
9. Details of entries may be published in White Dwarf magazine published by the Promoter and on the Website. By entering the Competition you agree that the Promoter may use your name and entry for advertising and promotional purposes.
10. By entering the competition, entrants agree that any ideas or designs submitted will become the property of the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter's submission policy which can be found on the Website.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any of these terms and conditions without notice. In such event the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to entries howsoever caused.
13. This Competition will be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Entry to the Competition indicates acceptance with these terms and conditions as final and legally binding.
