Here's my Mengil Manhide for my WHFB Dark elves army, Tabletop quality.
He's a menace to take pictures of, I took around 40 whereoff 3 turned out ok.

Well the first thing that hits my eyes is the base - I really don't like bases painted with goblin green 
The purple cloth looks great. I really like the way you shaded it.
The eyes look strange. The dot in the centre f the eyes makes him look mad. I think that the dot should be bigger - that will make him look more realistic.
The armour - nice looking but a little more higlights and it would look much better. Now it looks like only edges were painted.
The sword looks ok but one thing bothers me - the mix between NMM armour and the metalic sword. I prefer minis painted in one style.

Hey guys!
messiah_182: I decided to go with the orginal colorscheme for the nightelves. And the Green base looks good on the army in whole.
About the eyes, He is mad!! He's freaking Mengil Manhide, the leader of the manflayers. they get 100+ to battle resulotion after they have killed off an unit because they stay and flay the body's =)
And the sword. I really haven't noticed this until you pointed it out. I just painted mine just like GW painted their.
